PTP Service Delivery Leader

Location : Delhi/NCR/Hyderabad/Kolkata

Job Description :

Supervise the Process consisting of Accounts Payable processes like invoice processing/Vendor master/Payments

- Reviewing work done by team for the P2P global client

- Ensuring team adheres to the AP deliverables as agreed in Statement of Work

- Ensuring all Service levels met as per agreed Operation definitions with the customer.

Requirements :

- Should have managed large sized F&A operations (Team of at least 50+) cutting across P2P (Accounts Payables )

- Global Customer management experience.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Have experience in Transformation and change management
