Job Description :

Reporting to the Director of P2P operations, you will be responsible for :

- Designing strategies and implementing them for the P2P operations.

- Leading delivery teams across the globe to drive automation, and standardisation.

- Leading the achievement of targets like automation, OTD, lead time.

- Driving initiatives to achieve constant improvements.

- Managing delivery risks and impose control to that effect.

- The development and growth of your team.

Profile :

In order to apply successfully to this role, you will :

- Come with at least 12 years of relevant work experience.

- Have proven experience designing and implementing P2P processes on a global level.

- Have prior experience working with software like SAP and ARIBA

- Bring strong team management experience

- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
