- Build domain knowledge within HRSS Team
- Meet revenue targets
- Basic understanding of System capabilities and application platform Intermediate knowledge of benefits business, including products and services, operations, and delivery
- Intermediate Understanding of Transition Methodology
- Intermediate knowledge of Client administrative environment and Processing flows, procedures
- Advanced compliance knowledge regarding organization procedures
- Intermediate regulatory and legislative knowledge in aligned service area
- Intermediate knowledge of benefits business, including products and services, operations, and delivery
- Exceptional people management record
- Experience (proven track record) in managing external customer business, both delivery/operations, as well as client engagement and relationship management, process and quality design and implementation, etc.
CTQs
- Masters in Human Resources.
- Minimum 12 years experience in Human Resources domain.
- Experience in Service Delivery is a must.
