The Asia HR Service Delivery team is focused on enabling & engineering processes and procedures that improve and standardize the HR experience for employees. In this role, the Director- HR Service Delivery would be responsible for leading the India Service Delivery operations and driving smooth delivery of employee life cycle processes, while global implementation of new HR Service Delivery model is taking place. Also, the incumbent would be actively partnering in driving global process engineering efforts across HR.

Key highlights of the role, include (but not limited to) –

- Leading a large HR Service Delivery team, with focus on BAU operations, while creating readiness for future state operating model of HR

- Managing the India Stakeholders, HR & Business, as they gear up for the transformational changes planned in the Point-of-Arrival model.

- Partnering in the global HR Processes Reengineering efforts, to drive efficiency & simplified experience for employees. Reengineer critical HR processes to drive a consistent and efficient process for all users

- Leverage customer feedback, competitive intelligence and market trends to identify strategic opportunities for strengthening the operating environment

- Lead and manage projects in various sizes within the team

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- Minimum 8 - 12 yrs of Experience in Human Resources or Business Process operations.

- Displayed consistent cross-business global mindset, while developing strategies & solutions

- Have extensive process reengineering & transformation mindset / experience

- Strong people leadership experience and capability to handle large teams & manage career expectations

- End-2-End thought leadership & customer orientation.

- Individual must be strong action and process oriented to ensure measureable results are achieved.

- Proven track record in Project Management with experience in large HR global projects

- Strong business and financial acumen

- Detail-orientation problem solver with ability to interpret data into actionable recommendations

- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills

- Excellent relationship management skills

- Excellent change management skills

- Ability to handle multiple initiatives with effective resolution of conflicting priorities

- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box to develop scalable solutions to complex issues and drive results

Full time MBA HR from premier B School is mandatory
