Background in Business Operations preferred
Will be the RM SPOC and will be responsible for driving key RM initiatives for the Delivery unit assigned
Will track and report key metrics - like Productivity, cost, and manpower pyramid management for the vertical
Will handle deployment/redeployment of internal resources and gather requirement from client
Will interface with Recruiting, procurement for timely staffing
Responsibilities
Resource Management :
Prepare and sign- off Demand plan in consultation with client and key stakeholders
Obtain approvals from stakeholders and Vertical head on the signed off Demand plan
Will define SLAs for self and liaise with recruitment team and work closely with them to monitor the progress versus demand plan.
Drive Change process recommendations
Keep stakeholders informed of the candidates on boarding.
Report periodic progress against key goals in monthly RM Review meetings to update on the progress and highlight issues.
Work closely with Procurement SPOCs to timely staffing as per plan
Pyramid Management
Design and publish the target pyramid by competency and propose actions for realizing target pyramid
Identification and forecasting of skills requirement in line with vertical's strategic growth and operations plans
Build program across areas where there is a business case
Skills

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel to plan, monitor and report the progress
Experience & Education
9 to 14 years of experience in a similar role
Graduate / MBA
