Position Purpose: As part of an innovative multidisciplinary team you will be responsible for building &amp; integrating Robotic and Cognitive Automation (RCA) services for the represented IT function(s) and CoEs. Responsibility includes ensuring consistency in working practices and adherence to Company and policies and standards. Includes proactive continuous improvement in services. Act as the point of contact RCA capabilities for the assigned IT function(s) to meet service levels. Partner with IT function(s) and CoEs to understand business areas/processes and drive adoption of future demand for RCA services. Integrates services with the interlinked NBS IT Functions (and associated COEs) and support functions. You will align regularly with various stakeholders across the organization to contribute, shape and deliver defined elements of the RCA Strategy and innovation agenda. You will innovate and create new capabilities to name a few (Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Blockchain) relevant to a rapidly changing business and industry context as well as implementing/ piloting on new capabilities and service offerings for driving business benefit. Major Accountabilities: - Identify high level technology solutions, specifically digital technologies to address business demand&nbsp; - Ensure that RCA demand is generated by participating in demand generation activities with the business in partnership with BEF's (Business Enabling Functions) &amp; service delivery teams&nbsp; - Ensure creation of RCA solutions/service design matching high level designs and functional specifications to meet quality and performance requirements&nbsp; - Direct the delivery of proof of concepts and scale able solutions through active sponsorship, leadership and involvement to ensure they meet time, cost and quality requirements and business needs&nbsp; - Participate in business function leadership team meetings to represent RCA CoE in promoting the services and capabilities&nbsp; - Be accountable for the quality of Services (RPA, Virtual Assistants, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence) of an end to end business process, proactively align between service delivery managers and business&nbsp; - Support Service Delivery Managers and Demand &amp; Supply Managers on demand shaping, assembly and effort estimation&nbsp; - Coordinate communication for RCA relevant topics across stakeholder landscape&nbsp; - Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services&nbsp; - Support Service Delivery Managers when consulting with the business&nbsp; - Proactively share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage&nbsp; - Ensure interdependencies between projects and requirements from different Service Delivery managers are considered&nbsp; - Ensure investments are leveraged by establishing a solid governance model leveraging solutions (build once; use often)&nbsp; - Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery Integration scope Minimum requirements: Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent Fluency in written and spoken English&nbsp; - Atleast 12-15 years of experience, preferably in Hi-tech, e-commerce, retail, telecommunications or pharma predominantly in the areas of product, program and software engineering areas&nbsp; - 4 years of experience in digital technologies/ projects, in the areas of Analytics, NLG/NLP, Automation technologies, Machine learning etc.&nbsp; - Demonstrated business and technical expertise and understanding of industry context, underlying business processes and systems&nbsp; - Demonstrated experience in influencing and managing multiple stakeholders in a global matrix organization&nbsp; - Experience in rapid innovation at scale, and building new capabilities and teams&nbsp; - Experienced working with Agile teams&nbsp; - Experience of working with multiple third party vendors, strong customer focus&nbsp; - Preferred experience in product development teams and experience of driving an - intraprenurial culture - Proven track record of broad industry experience and excellent understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes
