Service Delivery Head – IMS (Infrastructure Management Services)

About the role:

As the Service Delivery Head for a Service Line (IMS), an individual would be responsible for,

a) Incubating new service line, innovate on existing service line and build competency for delivering services through different verticals

b) Lead strategy definition for the service offering in line with the organization- wide strategic themes

c) Forge partnerships with alliance partners, industry bodies, academia

d) Position the service offering through marketing channels and analysts

e) Deliver niche and sub-scale services like consulting, shared services that cut across the verticals.
