Service Delivery Head

Our Client is one of the consulting firms, looking for Service Delivery Head. The role is responsible for

- Engaging, developing and maintaining leadership level relationships with customer and onshore team.

- Working closely with onshore delivery team to plan the overall client relationship strategy, concentrating on growth, service improvement and new businesses.

- Owning and driving process improvements within the managed teams and provide recommendation for service/delivery improvements.

- Reviewing all service requirements from the client and identify and drive solutions till closure.

- Managing uninterrupted delivery of agreed services.

- Ensuring adherence to the project timeline and process delivery as per the Service Level Agreement.

- Ensure resource allocation, cross training & information sharing to each of the project component to avoid bottle-neck in workflow.

- Providing day-to-day support to team in producing customer deliverables and achieving project milestones.

- Provide support to Sourcing Projects, including all key steps such as strategy development, supplier negotiation, award recommendations and business case presentations.

- Provide analytical support for sourcing projects, including data collection, data analysis, score carding and supplier market research

- Participate in sourcing initiatives aimed at improving productivity and efficiency to support company and account growth.

- Understand requirements from the client and identify right candidate to deliver the solution.

- Provide feedback and coach to avoid recurrence of errors.

- Acts as a point of contact for client issues, escalations and complaints.

- Liaise with onshore Service Delivery Managers.

- Participate in project governance meetings.

- Handle People Management and Staffing.

Looking for:

- Candidates with strong and proven track record in in indirect procurement.

- 6-8 years of work experience at global level organization.

- 2 to 3 years of prior SDM experience.

- Service Management experience.

- Good communication and presentation skills.
