Service Centre Manager - Price Comparison Portal

We are looking for a - Service Centre Manager - for one of our esteemed Clients for Noida Location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handling outsourced service centers and repair services vendors to help deliver requests from customers.

- Manage day to day operations with the outsourced services centers and other repairs services provide.

- Execute the service policy and SLA's with the outsourced centers and vendors.

- Manage spare inventory and optimize the same.

- Responsible for customer satisfaction, TAT and service levels.

- Auditing companies against agree targets and service criteria.

- Responsible for overseeing all outsourced customer service center operations.

- Manages all phases of the customer service center environment and team to achieve and exceed financial targets a-and customer satisfaction scores. Delivers tight operational and financial controls in a cost-effective manner.

- Hires, coaches, and evaluates outsourced customer service center personnel based on performance standards. --Develops personal performance plans with Customer Service Center Employees and provides continuous performance feedback and quarterly performance plan reviews.

- Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies, assist in development, and meeting of, departmental budget.

- Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required.

- Work with local services providers to provide manpower for repairs of consumer durable category.

REQUIREMENT:

- MBA/PG /B-Tech from reputed institution.

- OEM /Brand experience is essential, should be in a role which he or she is managing the services and repair network. -Preferably should be from consumer durable industry.

- Ability to roll up their sleeves and get work done.
