Working structure :

- Sunday off + Alternate Saturday week-off

JOB DESCRIPTION SEO - SEARCH SPECIALIST :

Goal :

Your goal will be to ensure that the backend has the right set of information available for Google crawlers to the through the website.

Job Requirements :

- Must have an engineering background.

- Need someone who is a good sense of the personal care industry.

- Experience in working with ecommerce industry preferred.

- MBA marketing degree holders are preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as SEO. Job Responsibilities

- To execute search engine optimization tactics, including ongoing evaluation of keywords, content, campaign performance tracking, and link building.

- Optimize java scripts, having the right kind of sitemap and right set of schemas in place.

- On Page : Ensuring CMS has all the brands updated with the right tags and the content and description makes it crawlable for us to start ranking.

- Off page: Ensuring the content is available on forums and blogs and we get link backs from reputed domains which have authority to drive traffic back to our site. This will be a continuous process.

- Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance.

- Continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of campaigns through keyword ranking, geo-targeting, conversion rates, search engine referrals, site traffic and backlinks.

- Should be good at new scaling-up opportunities keyword/search queries, new targeting methods. Why is Smytten so much fun??
