SEO Manager

We are seeking an SEO Manager who can help us build and run the SEO campaign for Josh and increase the share of voice of Josh on the web. We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. You will be the first point of contact of all SEO related activities and be leading SEO initiatives for Josh and it's websites.

You will be responsible for handling all aspects of SEO for Josh including link building, Keyword research and content marketing and technical SEO.

Your Link Building Responsibilities -

- Driving strategy to acquire backlinks that positively impact organic rankings

- Working with our internal team and outside vendors to execute that strategy

- Reaching out to bloggers and other online personalities via email, Twitter, blog comments, Facebook, and on the phone

- Help the content team in optimizing content.

- Have an understanding of the latest Google updates and communicate with the team or make changes accordingly.

- Use tools like ScreamingFrog and do a deep dive into core tech issues and document requirements.

- Explain the tech issues the website is facing clearly to the tech and product team in a non-jargon simple language.

- Effective communication skills including a solid understanding of English grammar and professional writing ability

- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, report, and act on data
