Responsibilities:
- Create effective strategies for search engine optimisation.
- Build frameworks & processes for SEO & other teams to follow for best results.
- Recruit, mentor and supervise a team of search engine optimisation experts.
- Lead SEO On Page & Off Page strategies - defining budget, resources and success metrics.
- Dive-Deep into SEO Reporting - improve quality of data and build funnel reports when needed. Define weekly, monthly & quarterly tasks for teams w.r.t SEO that enables guaranteed success & effort for it from the team.
- Understand ICP profile and perform keyword research to attract relevant users. Strong Grasp on Technical SEO. Build dashboards to enable easy reporting - test different automation tools to identify ways to streamline reporting workflows.
- Actively Collaborate with Content Team to produce Content pipeline - getting buy-in from management for any extra resources needed.
- Analyze the insights and create a report on all aspects of SEO including the audience, traffic, views, clicks, rankings, etc.
Requirements -
- 5 or more years of experience as SEO Manager or similar role in planning, implementing and reporting a successful SEO strategy (at least 2-3 years in SAAS preferred)
- Proven experience managing teams.
- Proven experience in achieving ranking improvements in competitive markets, mandatory. Champion in using Ahrefs/SEMRush, Google Analytics, Search Console & Google Sheets. Proficiency in Google Tag Manager & Google Data Studio would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices. Proficiency in HTML/CSS. Great communication- leadership- and organisational skills.
- Numerical aptitude and skill- combined with an analytical outlook and mindset. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
