Desired Experience & Education

Any Undergraduate Degree, MBA or PG The candidate should have 3 - 5 years SEO experience from eCommerce industry

Role Description:

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for increasing visibility and engagement online using search engines to acquire, retain and convert customer base and increase visitors across a host of financial products available on the site.

Search Engine Optimization

Developing effective SEO strategies to improve website traffic.

On Page and Off Page Optimization.

On Page Optimization includes URL optimisation, page content optimization, writing title & description tags, anchor text links within the site, Optimizing images & content for keywords etc, setup Rich snippets, configure robots.txt, .htaccess files etc

Link building

Managing PR/forum discussions, business listings, classified ads, directory, blogs, commenting.

Manage and improve current and new organic search results.

Competitive Analysis.

Understanding of traffic through analysis tool like Google Analytic, Adwords.

Improve organic performance through expanded keyword inventory.

Use of Web Traffic Analyzer tools such as Google Analytics etc.

Use of SEO tools such as Webceo, SEOMoz etc

Perform technical site analysis, competitive/keyword research and link analysis. Reciprocal link development – exchanging links with good websites.

On page optimization – Meta Tags Optimization.

Good communication skills.

Sound knowledge of both On-page and Off-page.

Deep understanding for various traffic analysis tools like Google Analytics for Monitoring & reporting the website performance

Well versed with different Search engine tools for Keyword research, competitor research, LSI, and Content
Analysis

Self motivator with proactive attitude, strong organizational, and interpersonal skills

Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
