About the Role :
- Lead the strategy and execution for SEO for Pinnacle contributing to the Digital Marketing Team for user acquisition and brand awareness for both B2B and B2C products

Responsibilities :
- Lead and build the SEO infrastructure and implementation for all products of Pinnacle
- Grow Pinnacle's top of the funnel through effective organic marketing channels like Google search and youtube
- Prepare daily/ weekly/monthly reports for team members, senior leaders, and other stakeholders
- Lead a team of SEO experts to grow the channel effectively
- Manage the SEO agency and work closely with content marketing in-house team/agency
Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience in managing SEO/ ASO for a high-growth Fintech brand/ startup. Agency experience is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of conducting effective research, identifying and prioritizing keywords to rank Pinnacle products/ brand pages
- Tracking and improving search results on Google Search pages
- Experience in working with content marketing agencies/ in-house teams to ensure all content pieces are SEO optimized
- Experience ranking for keywords in Youtube and App Store/ Playstore is a plus
- Good knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics/ Amplitude
- Data-centric and experimentative approach
- Experience with a Fintech startup is a plus
