SEO Analyst - eCommerce

One of the leading E-Commerce company, based out of Bangalore is looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all our search engine optimization efforts.

The candidate will be responsible for SEO activities, such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy, among others to increase rankings on all major search networks. They will also be involved in SEM campaigns in order to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities :

- Track & report website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage SEO strategy

- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing

- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations, in conjunction with marketing & development teams.

- Research and analyze competitor SEO strategy.

- Work with marketing team on developing and implementing link building strategy

- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation.

- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

- Monitor daily, weekly, monthly. metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.

Requirements :

- SEO experience, preferably 3-5 years.

- Analyze worthy assets in link building efforts.

- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.

- Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

- SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across search engines.

- In-depth experience with website analytics tools.

- Experience working with WordPress websites.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.
