SEO 5 Consulting - Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

We are searching for an outstanding Marketing Automation Specialist to be responsible for our client's lead automation & nurturing activities, global email and database strategies.

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves to automate & implement inbound marketing campaigns to convert many visitors into leads and move them along in the buyers journey. You would be expected to ensure the successful execution of marketing automation programs on behalf of our clients. You would be responsible for development of marketing automation strategy, execution, measurement and optimization.The Marketing Automation Specialist will report directly to our Head of Digital Marketing in Toronto, Canada and can work from anywhere in India. Industry leading compensation for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

Management of email marketing strategies including newsletters, automated workflows, and campaigns

Management of client marketing databases in Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Sharpspring including database building, improving, and cleaning

Marketing automation with Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Sharpspring to improve marketing qualified leads and move them along in the buyers journey

Running inbound campaigns for clients

Consistent measurement and analysis of marketing campaigns, metrics, and KPIs

Conversion Rate Optimization and landing page optimization on all inbound channels

Requirements:

University degree in marketing or a related field

Demonstrable skills in data analysis techniques; must be data-savvy

Experience in email marketing and database building & cleaning

Demonstrable experience across all aspects of marketing automation

High level of experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns, including, email marketing, paid search, social marketing, etc.

Experience in working with North American Campaigns

Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo Certifications

Advanced proficiency in Excel

Oral and Written fluency in English

Nice to have: Experience with Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Search Engine Optimization
