- Accountable for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with company's overarching objective, goals and strategies
- To drive all partnerships and strategic alliances including but not limited to CMOs/CROs. Added knowledge and experience of In-licensing and Out-licensing will be preferred.
- Identification of new CMOs - includes search, basic enquiry drafts, preparation of presentations, coordination with internal functions, due diligence, etc.
- Coordination with existing CMOs for facility readiness, material deliveries, documents readiness, manufacturing timelines, etc.
- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Structuring and finalizing term sheets and agreements
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
- Build and manage relationships with new partners to mutually benefit all the parties involved
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
