Sentiss Pharma - Manager - Packing Material Procurement

SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB:

Responsible for end-to-end procurement of all Primary & Secondary packing material in a most cost-effective way, within stipulated time at required location, as per requirement.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

- To negotiate and procure material and service in most effective rates, at schedule time at desired location.

- To develop new vendor's & De-risking of all the PPM & SPM item with single source.

- Coordinate with Warehouse and Accounts Dept. for regular vendor reconciliation and Timely payments to vendor

- Vendor Management

KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Cost saving.

- Release Material availability against monthly production plan.

- Maintain SPM / PM inventory with in define Min-Max level

- Long term contracts / Supply Agreement for all major vendors for direct purchases.

- To align approved artwork by coordinating with internal team & share it with the external vendor for material (SPM) arrangement.

- Alternate Vendor Development for PPM, SPM, risk Mitigation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: B.Tech / B. Pharma / B.Sc having 10+ years of experience in Packaging Material Procurement
