SenseHawk - Product Manager

We are looking for a talented, passionate Cloud & SaaS Product Manager to help us extend the capability of our solutions for the Solar industry. Spanning the Cloud technology and SaaS business domains, you define new deployment and hosting offerings that will drive product development in the fast moving world of clean technology. - The ideal candidate will have experience defining and delivering cloud services and products and expertise working with multiple stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements.

- Experience with SaaS and cloud services is required. The Product Manager for SaaS will collaborate across product and scrum teams on a robust, high performance cloud platform that supports a growing set of cloud products and features.

What You will Do

- Define and prioritize requirements across multiple product lines for a cloud platform which accelerates SenseHawk's growth in SaaS

- Act as Product Owner for areas of the cloud platform, working closely with Engineering to effectively plan and execute work with a focus on high quality customer experiences

- Define architectures and working prototypes of proposed capabilities to illustrate concepts to stakeholders

- Work with engineering and architects to drive cloud designs that optimize business outcomes and goals and achieve the high standards required for a mission critical cloud product

- Define and implement required telemetry and data from cloud products for optimal customer experience and supportability

- Work with cross-functional teams (including Support, Services, Sales and Marketing) to drive clear requirements and collaborate on business process and systems required to deliver an exceptional SaaS customer experience

- Gather requirements from customers and partners

- Contribute your expertise to product documentation, training materials and marketing collateral for each product offering

- Travel to customers and conferences on an occasional basis

What You'll Need

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

- 5+ years- experience in complex Cloud-based Enterprise Software product management

- Experience with technology such as web front-ends, Micro services, Node.js, Vue.

- Ability to comprehend and communicate the details of abstract and complex technical topics

- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills

- Good organizational skills, with attention to detail and a desire to take charge and innovate

- A good grounding in first principles
