Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary:

The Product Manager at SenRa is responsible for owning the business strategy behind company's SaaS offering. This includes planning the functional requirement and implementation roadmap of the product features throughout the Product Lifecycle, defining the product vision, strategy and ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also plans the product launch to supports the company's overall strategy and business objectives to deliver winning products.

Job Location - New Delhi

Work Experience - 6 to 9 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop, define and execute product strategy and roadmap.

2. Contribute towards building a strong SaaS product and brand.

3. Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

4. Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.), quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc) data into product requirements.

5. Produce detailed Specs for products/features. Including wireframes, user flows, scenarios, business case, product roadmap, performance metrics etc.

6. Maintaining a deep understanding of competitive landscape from standpoint of strategy and functional capabilities.

7. Identify market opportunities, build business cases and help drive product roadmap milestones.

8. Perform market and competitive research, pricing, and analysis to develop strategies that bolster our Product position in the market.

9. Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.

10. Develop and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate the future investment.

Skills & Qualifications

1. 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in an Engineering and Technology Strategy role.

2. Bachelor of Science/Technology Degree in Computer Science or relevant field only from tier I/II institutes.

3. 3 years of experience with top-notch product companies developing Web / Mobile software products

4. Strong quantitative capabilities and analytical skills with attention to detail.

5. Strong inclination towards design, proficiency in the design flow and collaboration tools.

6. Proficiency in evaluating performance/impact of a feature. Experience with A/B testing, heat maps, funnels, customer journey mapping etc.

7. Thorough understanding of agile development methodologies along with JIRA.

8. Capacity to think strategically, and an ability to understand how product decision is tied to key business drivers.

9. Passionate about technology and consistently seeking out innovative ways to solve problems, detail oriented; methodical; adaptable; highly motivated and self-managed.

10. Strong presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

11. Comfortable in leadership positions with an entrepreneurial zeal.

12. Great interpersonal skills and can motivate teams to follow his or her vision.

13. Result oriented. Must have a go-getter attitude.
