Key Responsibilities

- Continuously improve existing products and features to drive higher conversion, engagement, and retention.

- Internalize and deeply understand One Resource - mission and strategies, as well as the mission and objectives of your specific team

- Manage all aspects of the product life cycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, customer needs, requirement/use case definition.

- Manage Product development sprints in close conjunction with Functional stakeholders and Engineering teams

- Create, define, and align technology, design, ops, and business stakeholders on the product roadmap. Should be able to balance between short-term needs and long-term product evolution.

Experience & Skills Required

- 1-3 years of total experience in Internet set-up

- B.Tech/MBA is good to have from a Tier-1colleges.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.

- Experience in the enterprise domain is good to have.

- Ability to direct Product roadmap in sync with strategy and growth plans

- Agile Approach: Iterative approach to product development with a focus on building and testing well-research hypothesis over silver bullet answers

- Ability to design wireframes and mockups and take a data-driven UX approach

- Sound project management capability, taking full ownership of quality and speed of delivery with the engineering team

- Obsession with technology and customer-centricity
