Senor Manager/Director - CPG Consulting - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Accountabilities:

- Depth of understanding end to end business processes around, CPG Industry trends and best practices, KPI's, key drivers and changing landscape.

- Ownership and Maintenance of the Consulting toolkit

- Work across multiple areas and service lines, on improving and driving strategy

- Drive Change Management, oversight and Governance with the Client, focusing on sustainability

- Understands, recommends and helps build Client Strategy

- This Advisor uses their Industry depth of knowledge and Consulting skills to help elevate the relationship with the Client and help them achieve their business goals

Desired Profile:

Experience: 10 to 20 years

- Experience in a Business or Strategic Consulting role

- Experience within the CPG Industries, including Industry Trends and Insights.

- Deep understanding and demonstrated experience on Consumer Journeys, Consumer Communications, Consumer Analytics and Key Influencers - including Social Media

- Demonstrated experience working with KPI's, Design Thinking and running Strategy Workshops

- Women candidates preferred

Education:

- MBA from reputed business school.
