The role will involve conducting conversion optimization analyses, with the aim of improving efficiency in digital marketing & content strategies and increasing ROI. The successful candidate will have an excellent, in-depth level of knowledge in digital marketing, e- commerce, Customer behavior analysis; along with experience in analytical management of digital strategies. Part of the Digital Advanced Analytics Team - analyzing web traffic data using clickstream tools such as SiteCatalyst, Discover etc.
Relevant Experience For The Role:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of business analysis experience in large size multinational companies with multiple functions / business units preferred.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in standard clickstream analysis tools like Omniture, ClickTracks etc.
- Exposure to analytics tools like R, SAS, Python, Tableau would be a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in one or more roles in an ecommerce environment and advanced web analytics methodologies (experimentation/testing, competitive analysis- etc.)
- High level of expertise in writing and tuning SQL queries in an online or offline environment.
- 3+ years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of executives and technical resources.
Desired not mandatory:
- Mid-level expertise in the SEM and SEO strategies and at least 1 year experience in measuring success of SEM and SEO campaigns.
- Exposure to data science, predictive analytics and big data will be a plus
