The role is for scaling a bond platform by increasing participation of the retail/ wealth segment. Specifically, the role will entail getting appetite from HNIs, family offices, corporate treasuries, and other distributors; and to help Issuers across sectors raise funds via various fixed income products like MLDs, bonds, covered instruments and PTCs.
Key responsibilities :
- Scale the platform by increasing the flow of transactions and retail investors on both primary and secondary trades.
- Engage with HNIs, family offices, corporate treasuries, and wealth firms on their investment appetite.
- Manage existing and potential investor relationships to increase activity on the platform.
- Run the marketing process for individual deals on the platform and more holistically for the company by creating investor collateral, conducting webinars/ roadshows/ and other knowledge events.
- Partner cross-functionally with our Product and Legal team to design bespoke structured deals for investors and clients.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Strong networking and connect in the wealth segment with minimum relevant work experience of 6-8 years.
- Sound understanding of market dynamics and various fixed income products including structured transactions.
- Previous experience in scaling up the platform shall be preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to pitch complex products to HNIs/family offices is essential.
- Ability to leverage social media platforms and other digital marketing channels to generate leads.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
