Designation: Sr / VP Training Manager

Experience: 10+ yrs

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for local domain training requirements related Investment Banking Processes

2. Monitor and identify various domain training interventions

3. Ability to understand and manage End to End trainings for both New Joiners and employees on floor

4. The person should have prior experience in Investment Banking and Capital Markets Domain

5. The candidate should have good domain knowledge and well versed in activities of Investment Banking Operations

7. The candidate should have experience in domain in Investment Banking, capital markets, Equity, Derivatives etc.

8. Prior experience in training in the above domain shall be preferred

10. Excellent communication ability and people management skills
