Senior VP - Priority Sector Lending

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Implementing scalable and efficient strategies to ensure consistent results and exponential growth.

- Attracting, retaining, and developing world-class talent

- Cultivating a high-performing and agile team culture

- Driving day-to-day operations

- Aligning resources to achieve key business goals.

- Providing expert guidance to all departments, including operations, sales, and product

- Reporting updates to the senior stakeholders regarding progress on goals

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

- 10- 12 years of experience in leading and scaling the retail PSL portfolio across products of SME/MSME lending and Agri lending

- Looking for senior leaders from Banks/ NBFCs/ Fintechs with a bent on digital processes

- Proven track record of building successful products and high performing teams from the ground up

- Demonstrable experience of scaling up business and managing large AUM

- Experience of managing P&L responsibilities

- Prior working experience in developing digital products and solutions.

- Experience in managing a senior stakeholder

- Decent understanding of macro-economic factors and financial markets

- Strong knowhow of 'Compliances' and expectations of the regulator
