Job Description  We are seeking a Head with a strong digital media or technology background and digital expertise to lead Ogilvy Neo's global Center of excellence based out of Delhi.  This person will play a key role in overseeing both the media and tech COEs for Ogilvy Neo global, based out of India.  Deep knowledge of digital with a pulse on innovation is key.  This is a truly exciting role for someone with deep analytical, tech and digital media experience, who is ready to play a global role in one of the biggest digital media agencies globally.  Core Duties:  Global Processes  The CEO strives on best in class global processes, ensure best practices are setup to deliver world class experience for our clients and country agencies  Ensure timely and high quality deliverables for all work  P&L  Responsible for building a profitable COE business  Manage expenses and negotiate costs with global teams and build pricing strategy  Global Team Engagement  Be responsible to lead all global client engagements  Ownership of interacting and building plans with global leaders in the Ogilvy Neo network globally  Deliver a world class global experience in line with global standards  Team Building and Motivation  Attract the best talent in the country to be part for the Ogilvy Neo COE  Build a highly motivated team which is striving to deliver world class work from India  Build a structure that aligns very well to the global work you would deliver from India  Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience  Neo Ogilvy India manages a global center of excellence for Ogilvy Neo's global clients with two COEs i.e, media strategy and planning and technology.  The technology COE manages and build global tools used by Ogilvy Neo's global agencies for managing some of the biggest global media campaigns.  The media COE works and consults global offices and clients on media strategy, planning, operations .  Key requirements  Someone with Strong global marketing COE management background  Good understanding of both media, technology and business  A visionary who can build the COE into one of the best units in the world  Expertise in managing global teams, setting processes and operations is a must  We are looking for someone who may not be a techie but with strong media background
