JOB DESCRIPTION Section Two : Job Purpose Key Responsibility Activities Leadership Development - Owning IDP/talent - Diagnostics &amp; Development Journey for leadership - Owning the development lifecycle as Group Resources - Succession planning - Provide development support in Succession Building Learning &amp; Development - Creating &amp; Owning a learning vision for the group - Create &amp; implement capability building framework &amp; design/develop curriculum &amp; strategy for the organization - Deploy common learning / capability building curriculum through Corporate University (virtual) - Effective assessment &amp; review of the curriculum on year &amp; year basis - Use effective and blended channels of development: Classroom, E-learning &amp; Virtual Technology Orientation - Ensuring coverage of employees under development initiatives - Ensure the capability building on competency needs &amp; behavioral capability building on functional competency needs - Establish relationship with trainers and training partners for designing &amp; rolling out the training modules Team management - Coaching and guidance of team members on specific development areas - Enable expansion of capabilities and exposure to new areas of work through varied projects - Build core competencies and strength areas by delegation of specific responsibilities - Nominating team members for appropriate development initiatives basis development plans - Motivate and engage with team on a continual basis by organize knowledge sharing sessions &amp; sharing best practices - Work on building a second line in the team through appropriate actions - Ensure projects plans are drawn up and adhered to - Ensure timely and high quality output from team &amp; Timely reviews to review progress - Provide necessary support to expedite closure; manage escalations Key Responsibility This information concerns the roles with whom you interact during normal execution of work.
