Our client is a leading luxury- real estate developers in UAE. Their head quarters being in Dubai, they have commercial and residential presence in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait and Egypt. Over the past 13 years, the Company has grown to become one of the foremost luxury developers in the region, with projects spanning the GCC and wider Middle East.

We are looking at a Senior VP Financial Planning and Analysis :

- Support the country/regional FP&A lead and drive business results through analyzing key business drivers and suggest corrective actions

- Responsible for Long Range Plans, Annual/Quarter/Month Forecast

- Responsible to raise alarms and suggest clear actions to meet the Gross Margin & Operating profit target

- Balance Sheet forecasting, Free Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

Analysis & Management Reporting :

- Custodian of management books and responsible for publishing management results monthly with all variance analysis and highlights

- Responsible for Internal business review and presenting the key drivers affecting the business

- Effective MIS to support decision making

- Business partnering with Category teams by providing meaningful analysis to drive better Gross Margins

Working on SAP enabled systems for performing analysis and maintaining information

Treasury : Free Cash Flow Management, Working Capital Management, Currency and Commodity hedging and related regulatory compliance, Full regulatory and statutory compliance on all treasury related matters

We are looking for Chartered Accountants with 16 to 20 years Experience post qualification experience preferably from real estate, FMCG, retail, Manufacturing background.

Excellent interpersonal skills and someone who has handled a team.
