Position - Head of Investment Banking Business Development

Profile :

To manage a team in Investment Banking Team on Execution and Business Development

Carry out financial valuation analysis - Comparable companies analysis, Bench-marking analysis, Pro-forma merger analysis, Discounted Cash Flow

Industry analysis - Conduct industry research, Analyzing industry trends, Summarizing the competitive landscape of deals within an industry, Asset overviews, Identifying & analyzing potential acquisition / divestment opportunities

Company analysis - Profiling, Credit rating reviews, Management profiles and Strategic evaluation

Candidate profile :

Experience - 15 - 20 yrs

Qualification - MBA Finance

Essential - Should have hands on Experience of structuring deals and also execution.

Must - Managed a team
