Role/ Unit - Risk Transformation :

- Understanding of modelling and analytical techniques.

- Understanding of data management tools and techniques, Big Data concepts, data warehouse management and associated analytical tools.

- Understanding of the end to end wholesale credit process from pre-approval activity, through approval to post approval tasks including portfolio management and reporting.

- Understanding of concepts such as RWA, LGD, EAD, PD, Impairments

- Awareness of credit lending structures, collateral, covenants/mitigants

- Ability to 'read' a CARM application / Working knowledge of the CARM system (for internal candidates)

- Fair understanding of financials - Balance sheet, P/L, Cash Flows, Key Ratios
