Required Experience :
- 17+ years of total experience with in-depth knowledge of the Global P&C Insurance industry and the competitive landscape in the distribution of P&C insurance products.
- Should possess good understanding of P&C Insurance Operations (Global), processes and procedures and must have strong strategic management and planning skills.
Role:
The role holder will lead the P&C Insurance operation of large and complex external accounts and will be responsible for leading banking client insurance business development, client and product strategy, as well as, developing specific market plans that will create a robust pipeline for long-term growth in the P&C Insurance Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business strategy for banking client insurance business .
- Have a complete P&L responsibility of the Insurance Practice P&L..
- Identify and cultivate new ideas to fuel the growth of the P&C Insurance Practice
- Clearly communicate team goals and deliverables and keep the team updated on changes.
