Position: VP/SVP_Operation Company: leading Internet Location: Bangalore As VP/SVP - Operations you will be the strategic leader to manage multiple operations teams at involved in product implementation, Product Support, Hardware Management &amp; Support, etc. Job Responsibilities: - Manage nationally the teams deployed for site implementations, hardware management and support - Manage the product support team responsible to maintain a high level of customer delight by maintaining the required TAT - Systematically cultivate and maintain long-term, collaborative relationship with key stakeholders and with selected organizations to achieve mutual goals. - Facilitate the development, maintenance and monitoring of organizational plans. - Responsible for the development and management of integrated, strategy aligned departmental workplans. - Responsible for the development and management of the annual operating budgets. - Help in developing and building a range of future ready products and services which would always be a few steps ahead of competition. - Keeps up to date on issues affecting the transport sector and develops strategies to address these issues. - Actively seeks out opportunities for investment, revenue generation and strategic partnerships. - Develops innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness. Experience: - Individual must possess a minimum of 10 years combined leadership experience including five to eight years in a senior management. - Must have direct management experience with large-scale initiatives involving significant monetary amounts and implications, a large staff, and involving diverse stakeholder groups.
