Commercial Head - Plant ( Senior V.P / V.P) Our client is a large Manufacturing organization and growing rapidly. For their plant in Gandhidham, they are looking for the right profile for the position of Commercial Head of the plant (Senior V.P / V.P ). Job Profile &amp; Responsibilities: - The person should have reasonable (20 + yrs. ) experience of handling and heading the entire commercial operations/ functions of a medium size manufacturing unit. - The person will be responsible to head &amp; handle the entire commercial functions at plant including Accounts, Audit, Budget, MIS, Costing, Commercial taxes, Income tax, Service Tax, Excise &amp; Customs, Raw Materials, Stores, Purchase, Despatch, Logistics etc. - The person should posses the sound knowledge &amp; experience of direct/ Indirect taxation and litigation under that including assessments, replies of notices, filing of cases, appeals etc. - The person should have indepth knowledge of inventory management, analysis of raw material, W.I.P and will be responsible for timely material balancing between input raw material &amp; out put ( Finish Good &amp; despatch ) in strict manner. - The person will be responsible to monitor all the purchases of plant including engineering spares, packing &amp; other consumables with purchase in-charge. - The person should have the good negotiation skill and should posses the indepth knowledge &amp; experience of transportation Freight Contracts, their up &amp; down and controlling factors etc. - The person will be responsible for all statutory compliance under various laws of Commercial Taxes, Excise &amp; Customs, Income tax, labour and all other laws/ rules applicable to Unit. Shall also be responsible to deal with legal attorneys as &amp; when required. - Person will also be responsible for Insurance of plant's man, machinery and their claims recovery for losses/ damages. - Person should have a good liaison skill as will be responsible to deal with all the Govt. authorities including commercial as well as labour and administrative authorities on requirement. - Person should be result oriented &amp; competent to minimize / keep the various cost centers under control and get desired yield from operations. - The person should be well versed with different accounting software like SAP, ERP &amp; other web base. Should have good knowledge of SAP modules like FICO, SD, MM &amp; PP Operations. Essential Qualification : B.Com/M.COM &amp; C.A.
