REQUIRED SKILLS :&nbsp; - Professionally qualified MBA/PG from Premier Institute - 10 years experience in developing and managing alliances and partnerships of Credit Cards; national and regional brands - Knowledge of payment systems and cards industry, specific experience in Merchant EMI, accelerated rewards, PoS redemption will be preferred - Business acumen and negotiation skills - Good inter personal and communication skills (verbal and written) - Strong collaborative and influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic and complex environment - Team management ROLE DESCRIPTION :&nbsp; - Formulate and implement the Credit Card usage strategy with alliances and partnerships; national and regional brands for products such as Merchant EMI, accelerated rewards, PoS redemption - Deal negotiations of the partnerships and alliances - E2E implementation of the Credit card promotions with the partners - E2E Partner management and engagement - Ability to manage regional teams - Overall strategic vision to team to define partnership ecosystem to promote value proposition in line with the customer segments being targeted - Experience in technical implementation for supporting partner based value proposition will be preferred - Campaign Management-ability to negotiate brand visibility and cost for both ATL and BTL campaigns along with the partner - Creation of exclusive properties across usage categories - Travel-intensive QUALIFICATION : MBA/PG from Premier Institute
