Senior Vice President - (Tower lead - Finance Ops) Location: Gurgaon/Jaipur Summary The role of Tower lead - Finance Ops is to build and grow the shared services F&A practice and focus on increasing functional strength and expertise and also provide strategic inputs on an organization level for increased efficiencies and effectiveness. He will play a key role in developing the Shared Services and deliver against its strategic roadmap. Reporting to the COO (GBS) , he will partner with global process owners throughout the rest of Finance to meet existing deliverables and continuously improve processes through design simplification, innovation and automation. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for setting the direction, establishing strategies, goals and objectives for organization - He will be leading the operational finance teams relating to transactional accounting (AP,AR,GL), month end closing, cash flow management, audit, treasury and tax functions. - Proactively manage and monitor overall SSC performance to drive accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables. - Ensure implementation of global policies and processes in FSSC .Also adopting best practices and continuous improvement programs - Identify, develop, and implement best practice procedures for the R2R, P2P and O2C Streams - Identify opportunities where technology can provide automation, cost savings, competitive advantage and game-changing innovation. - Building a strong team within the SSC, including talent development and hiring. Required experience: - Chartered Accountant/MBA/ICWA/Finance professional with 18+ years of experience in Finance Ops. - Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in leading the delivery of Finance shared service in SSC environment.
