Senior Vice President - Technology & Product Development - BFSI Domain

Primary role :

The SVP / EVP, Technology & Product Development will be responsible for the strategic direction, leadership, and delivery of practice initiatives. This will involve developing and managing a main product line .The role will involve strategic and tactical management of the development and delivery of product capability.

The SVP / EVP, Technology & Product Development will also serve as a key stakeholder and thought leader in the evolution of overall platform, working with organization's technology leadership to drive the long-term product roadmap.

What you'll do :

- Manage an R&D team (comprised of domain experts, analysts and engineers)

- Work with industry experts (external and internal) to drive the overall product backlog, including by prioritizing high-value use cases.

- Work with engineering and software architecture teams to determine key non-functional requirements & establish associated engineering best practices (DevOps, CI/CD, etc.)

- Own the delivery of Generally Available releases per the established product roadmap.

Basic qualifications :

- 22+ years of progressively responsible experience in delivering enterprise-grade solutions in the BFSI domain preferably in the lending, auto-finance domain.

- Leadership experience managing teams that are at least 300+ people strong.

- Experience managing R&D teams and/or a range of implementations (small, medium, large) concurrently in diverse geographies.

- Leadership experience managing internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Proven track record in P&L and financial management

- Deep understanding of engineering best practices (TDD, BDD, CI/CD, etc.) and AGILE methodologies
