Senior Vice President - Strategy - Real Estate/Hotels - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Providing strategic direction to the organisation in terms of geographical expansion / consolidation, diversifications, back-end increases in efficiencies, managing funding and cash flows etc. for the Company in land aggregation, mixed-use development with additional interests in Construction & Development & Leisure & Entertainment (Expat Leisure & Resorts).

- Changing overall Org Structure along Revenue & cost centres to bring about greater financial accountability; clear precise revenue and cost targets.

- Must have been involved in Process re-engineering and process transformation cycle in an organization.

- Must have improvised capabilities for Business processes, people processes and organization verticals

- Driving the strategic planning of the company

- Lead Business & Operational Transformation& excellence

An Ideal Candidate will be an:

- MBA (Full Time) with 15+ years of experience from Premier Institutes

- Experience in Real Estate/ Luxury Hotels/ Construction industry

- Smart, Energetic and excellent communication skills
