Job Summary: The role involves managing P&L for a sub-vertical/group of customers. Ensuring customer delight by offering them a world-class service experience through a client servicing team, retaining customers and maximizing per customer revenue by up-selling premium solutions would be the main focus area.

Job Description:

1. Grow the topline of the business. Ensure profitability by managing the cost of acquisition/ Cost of servicing and overheads.

2. Develop & execute annual operating plan - revenue & cost planning and forecasting

3. Analyze customer feedback, draw business intelligence, review benefits of core services being offered and ensure high client satisfaction level

4. Setup a system that delivers high customer retention

5. Improve the efficiency & effectiveness of customer complaints resolution system

6. Developing performance metrics, incentive structure, sales promotion schemes and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the client servicing team

7. Hire, train & retain a team that is customer centric and has a consultative selling approach.

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Data analytics

2. Customer focus & service orientation

3. IT savvy & process orientation

Experience: 10-15 years of Client Servicing, Sales & Marketing experience preferably in Banking/Telecom/ Portfolio Management /MF Insurance/ ITES/FMCG/Service organization

Experience of managing medium to large (250+) direct sales/servicing teams is desirable

Qualifications: B Tech + MBA or equivalent from any of the top tier colleges would be preferred - A Grade Universities

Essential All of these positions have certain basic checks which are mandatory.

- Compulsory10th and 12th Std - 80% and above Marks

- Graduation & Post Graduation First Division
