Senior Vice President - Risk/Planning & Strategy - BFSI

Purpose of the Job:

The role will be responsible for developing risk management framework, including establishing the risk management mechanisms, to identify, assess, monitor, measure and control a broad spectrum of risks

Describe the KPIs against each perspective:

- To drive analytics in partnership with business to determine the target portfolio for the retail business.

- To educate, influence, and collaborate with key leaders/stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and profitability through analytical insight.

- Coordinate with Compliance to obtain updates on regulatory changes to build practices in accordance.

- Create KPIs for performance and quality measurement purposes.

- Lead and guide the function for annual budgeting process.

- Establish a mechanism for reporting of excess/exceptions to approved limits.

- Overall responsibility for the timely review of process/products/credit/ collection facility applications.

- Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors. Stakeholders and the compliance function as and when required.

Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge:

- Minimum 15 years' experience in a NBFC/Bank, of which at least 4 years in a leadership capacity within a risk function.

Any specific specialization/education:

- A Bachelors and Master degree preferably in Finance, Economics or related subjects.
