- Responsible for driving sales numbers and efficiencies across all retail channels spread across locations in South. - To lead a team of FTEs in South and delivering the operating plan for Retail sales vertical - To manage the entire Channel P&amp;L for Regional Retail Sales vertical. - To manage large tele sales centers, cobrand store relationships and programs, POS distribution assets and e apply conversions in the region. - Responsible directly and through empowerment/delegation to team for selection, empanelment, training, day to day management, compliance, and audit of service provider network in Retail Sales vertical - Responsible for growth, target setting and achievement, infra/ resource adequacy availability and mapping, managing seamless and regular data availability for the D2C Tele Calling Centers in the region. - To manage the Channel agnostic fulfilment process with desired efficiencies. - To work with Risk Management team on applicable risk policies, underwriting and related processes to ensure compliant and profitable sourcing - Be responsible for all people processes for FTEs in Retail Sales vertical in South. - Be responsible for operational and regulatory compliance across levels in all teams - Work closely with the team and key stakeholders on strategy planning and implementation, identifying avenues for organic/inorganic growth, budget implementation and adherence, cost rationalization/improvement measures, sales efficiency/productivity tools - To work seamlessly cross functional to achieve targets for key metrics like productivity - accounts and leads, application dispatch, COA, approval rates, TAT, customer complaints, attrition, activation, insurance cross sell, add on cards, fraud reduction.
