Designation & Level : Sr. Vice President Operations&nbsp; Key Area - Bio Ingredient Division Location : Cochin Local language will be added advantage Job responsibilities: - Responsible for the day to day operations of the flagship division Bio ingredients. To implement the strategic goals and objectives of the division. - Sharing P&amp;L responsibility with the Head Sales, jointly responsible for the Top line &amp; Bottom-line targets of all the manufacturing units and the Bio ingredients division. - To give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the division's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives. - Board Administration and Support Supports the BOD in policy and business decisions pertaining the division, act as interface between Board and staff of the Division. - Program and Product - Oversees planning, design, manufacturing and quality of programs, products and services. Responsible for procurement, production, planning , QC/QA, Maintenance, &amp; Operations Finance for the division. - TPM, 5S &amp; Inventory Management, QMS &amp; Other certifications for driving excellence in the division. Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of supply chain to enhance efficiencies and drive cost reduction and cost control. - Drive Sales &amp; Operations planning process with OTIF delivery improvements &amp; customer satisfaction. - Financial, Tax, Risk and Facilities Management - Recommends yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manage organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations. Responsible for achieving the financial targets. Promote &amp; institute internal controls and governance in the division. Budgetary control (Opex &amp; Capex), MIS &amp; Variance analysis - New projects &amp; Expansions - Recommend to the board on various development activities of the division and spearhead these projects. - Human Resource Management - Effectively manages the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations. - Community and Public Relations - Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders. Formulate &amp; implement sustainable manufacturing practices .
