Reporting to : Group Head - Legal / CEO

Role & responsibilities :

- Strategize, manage complex recovery through legal recourse under BIFR / Sarfesi / Bankruptcy / DRT / Arbitration

- Working with senior counsels & Law firms

- Ability to think, strategize and build a team

- Facilitate in structuring legal agreements & creating bankruptcy remote structures

- Successfully Manage all Litigation / Court Cases for the Group

- Track Issues in Litigation and proactively prevent escalations

- Effectively manage the Litigation environment and authorities

- Understand and deal with a wide span of Acts, Legal Techniques

- Negotiate with parties as and when required

- Educate the business to avoid litigation and subsequent costs

- Lead a team of Legal Staff
