Senior Vice President - Legal - BFSI/BPO/KPO/Telecom

The role is mainly for a Corporate counsel or a General counsel

Entails working very closely with and advising the Management team and COE Leads on legal issues, assisting them in on company policies and procedures from risk and compliance angle

Particularly, the incumbent is expected to:

- Have some background knowledge of regulatory issues like TRAI and telecom regulations SEZ norms

- Have exposure to the outsourcing and offshoring world, should be familiar with the set of issues that the industry faces (too many stakeholders)

- Target organizations: KPO/BPO space (but not to be restricted to these) from the corporate counsel and GC of these entities (not the outsourced legal candidates)

- Not necessarily from a finance captive space (Even candidates from a third party and not captive setup, can be considered)

Someone with a lot of enterprise and hands - on with the issues of the industry

Team : At least 1 person to start with and as the enterprise grows the team would grow.

Candidates with transactional/outsourcing legal background are not required
