- Demonstrated experience with program planning and review, budget preparation, management, and reporting;

- Demonstrated strong team-building skills, a commitment to staff development, and implementation of human resources best practices;

- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and manage multiple, simultaneous, and complex projects;

- Effective internal and external communication skills;

- Exceptionally good presentation capabilities.

- Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships and work effectively within a diverse community of donors and practitioners.
