Senior Vice President - HR Business Partner - Female Candidates
- 15 + Years of Total Experience into HR Business Partner.
- Management education in HR, organizational psychology, business management or a related discipline
- Highly skilled at managing relationships and conflicting priorities at senior level-Exceptional influencing skills.
- Previous experience in an HRBP role at a management level in a large scale multi-national and commercial environment.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels, strong communications skills and ability to navigate and influence across the organizational matrix
- Proven experience of delivering a proactive HR service and implementing a people strategy in line with business objectives.
- Strategic agility - sees ahead, connects dots, can anticipate consequences and trends - able to translate business strategy into people strategy and tactical execution - knows how to get things done with and through others; and operational excellence.
- A high-level understanding of all aspects of HR and Talent Management
- A high-level understanding of skills in managing major organizational change and the ability to translate complexity and ambiguity into impactful delivery
- Strong coaching, facilitation and consultancy skills with a proven track record of being able to influence at all levels and especially the Executive level.
