Senior Vice President - HR Advisory

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Head of HR Advisory, Shared Services.

- Lead the HR Advisory Shared Services team to provide advice, guidance and coaching to people managers in relation to complex multi stranded customers' enquiries across the spectrum of HR services, driving the right outcomes and solutions.

- Drive high standards of relationship management and co-ordinate across the relevant areas of the function to achieve the right outcomes and timely solutions to stakeholders.

- Improve the employee experience by using case management and knowledge tools, providing feedback on case trends on how the products and services are received by the customers, through working in partnership with the GSOs and Customer Contact teams to drive continuous improvement.

- Continuous development of technical expertise of the jobholder in relation to legislation, policies and procedures in order to protect the bank from financial and reputational risk.

- Understanding changes to legislation or policy impacting on the HR Advisory.

- Continuous stakeholder management and relationship building with HR teams as well as employees and managers

- Evidence of success in an operational HR role

- A good understanding of the principles of Employee relations.

- A sound working knowledge of HR principles and procedures.

- Desire to grow Knowledge of HR systems and tools

- Advisory Teams within HR are actively engaged in maintaining high standards of operational activity throughout the year, (BAU) as well as researching and implementing the changes necessary to support the ongoing improvement of HR.

- The HR Advisory role is a major player in supporting the business in the achievement of their strategic goals through the effective management and performance of its staff by ensuring that managers have the confidence to lead their teams with confidence and integrity.

- Act as an escalation point for complex issues.

- Act as a relationship manager for GSO Specialist teams and Contact Centre within supported entities and provide a primary point of contact for identifying and managing service themes and potential areas for improvement.
