Focused on multiple industries, including BFSI, Govt. and Consumer led domains. Prominent presence &amp; clientele across USA, Europe, APAC and ANZ. Employs over 6,000 full-time staff and is fast progressing towards achieving USD 1 Bn of revenue mark by FY 2023. The job : The India business at the co. currently grosses at about USD 40 M, and is to be taken to the USD 60 M scale from a net new revenue perspective. Hence, developing India geo is a high priority focus and is at the core of the organization's growth strategy. A leader (at CEO minus 2 level), who could lead the geo from a customer acquisition angle, fueling growth in existing accounts and forging new relationships with Central &amp; Govt. and enterprise accounts in country's major locations, is the business case behind this hiring requirement. The position reports into the head of a larger geo cluster at the co., who, in turn, reports in to the CEO. The govt. vertical being the larger focus of the co. for the India business, this position shall be based out of Delhi-NCR, but evenly travel all throughout the country, as need be. At a high level, the job entails : - Forming winning strategy for the geo - Lead and ensure a highly motivated, winning team of experienced sales/account managers and solutions &amp; pre-sales professionals dedicated for the geo, to work towards achieving the organization's growth plans, and help them correctly align and have necessary resources to be able to do so - Create a superb, business success based value proposition for customers - Work with OEMs &amp; partners for important alliances in the geo, as necessary, to be able to tap &amp; pursue suitable business - Ensure highly engaged customers, willing to partner with the co. for their strategic technology initiatives, time &amp; again - Focus on big-ticket SI deals, targeted at opportunities at various State &amp; Central Govt. accounts in the geo, followed by strong penetration at enterprise accounts, led by value-added offerings like Consulting and Digital led business transformation - See to it that the delivery team is aligned to the commitments made to customers and customers- business success - Ensure absolute alignment to the firm's corporate strategy, and see to it that all necessary compliance and reporting processes laid down for the geo sales team are properly being followed An ideal candidate for the job would be : - An Engg. and/or MBA qualification from premier institutes, with 18 to 25 years of overall experience, majority of it at SI or service based technology firms - A superb communicator with awesome skills in spoken &amp; written English - someone with a proven board-room influencing experience and solid presentation &amp; audience engagement skills - Coming with absolutely top-brass, proven experience of leading complex, large SI deals at Central &amp; State Govt. accounts in India and selling solution led services &amp; packages/products to India based Indian &amp; global enterprises across industry verticals - Already playing a sales leader for his current employer's India business, handling about USD 100 M of gross annualized sales - A strong bid management &amp; solutions leader - An excellent manager of a high performing, dynamic sales team - Superb at comprehensive competitor as well as customer mapping and working with alliances in various regions, and handling PR and CSR for strong brand placement - Very mature to handle business pressure and tactically manage expectations and deliver to the best possible extent
