Senior Vice President/Head - OTC Derivative Operations - BFSI

We have an opening for Sr.VP & Head - OTC Derivative Operation for French multinational banking and financial services company based in Bangalore .

Delivery & Operational Excellence :

- Monitoring and ensuring the production quality in terms of the KPI & KRI for all services are in line with the global standard and are under control.

- All guidelines, projects and controls agreed with the OPER EXCO worldwide or regionally, to secure operations or meet compliance requirements of regulators are prioritized and implemented for the relevant scope.

- All risky areas are identified, reported and reviewed in a timely manner - with appropriate remediation plans in place.

- Build and maintain a robust organization to have the right level of management oversight for all key functions delivered and managed from OPER - OTC

- The global continuous improvement model of OPER is deployed and maintained across the entire perimeter of functions

- Review and execute the global Resilience program for OPER/OTC jointly with the OPER OTC EXCO

- Implement measures and projects as required to constantly improve the risk control

- Drive efficiency across OPER-OTC to deliver a productivity of 3-5% year-on-year leveraging global programs and local initiatives

Client & Relational Excellence :

- Deployment of the global programs of OPER and initiatives to increase client centricity and client satisfaction

- Prioritize clients needs and actions to improve client satisfaction across the entire team

- Maintain a strong extended team model and sustaining its robustness and spirit across existing and new functions while looking to build both, mutualized services as well as leverage OPER capabilities to support and oversee related functions

- Ensure robust governance and oversight with all regions & functions.

Qualifications :

- Strong Academic background in Finance and an MBA.

- Experience in the IB environment and knowledge of Securities is extremely critical.

- Experience and strong knowledge of managing a function composed of diverse transversal functions in a matrix organizational structure

- Successful customer service track record and the ability to foster a service oriented work environment
