Role- Head Global Solutioning

Designation - SVP

Location- Mumbai/ Pune

Company - A leading global BPM with deep domain expertise in BFSI, Travel, Manufacturing, CPG, FMCG and Healthcare etc with delivery centers across globe.-

This is a leadership role to manage and lead the solutioning team globally across verticals like F&A, Insurance, Travel, CPG and FMCG

Scope of Work -

- Leading teams across verticals to create best in class solutions for potential clients, RFPs and RFIs, and perform diagnostics at client locations

- Driving teams to deliver customized solutions which address client business constraints and leverage strengths of the Organization

- Working closely with the sales, presales and delivery teams

- Propose solutions which address risk and investment appetite, stand out against industry competition and increase chance of our Organization's success in bid process

- Provide leadership to leverage industry and domain knowledge to drive solution excellence (best practices, quality principles, best in class technology and tools, productivity, analytics)

Critical Skillset-

- Rich experience in solutioning across BFS (F&A), Insurance (P&C), Travel verticals

- Leadership Skills to lead cross functional teams across different domains and geographies

- Excellent communication skills- Executive presence
